Please ensure that you can enjoy each ingredient listed prior to ordering because we can not accept returns due to the nature of our product. If for any reason your product arrives broken,we will address the matter promptly. Contact us with the details.

Shipping/Extreme

Temperature Advisory

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive product after order has been placed. In warmer months, we ship our product in temperature controlled packaging to maintain the whipped consistency. Shipping delays and extreme temperature environments are beyond our reach. Extreme heat will melt your product and alter the consistency and volume but will not affect the fabulous moisturization our product offers. Place in the refrigerator until product solidifies then return to room temperature below 80 °F. Extreme cold will harden your product but when placed at room temperature, product will soften.
